Speak with an Analyst to Prepare your Personal Project Brief
Once you've provided us with this information, it's time to go into detail with your personal project analyst. For this stage we will
If necessary, make a detailed sketch of the proposal (To do this, estate agent Plans / survey drawings must be provided)
Create a description of work to be done in each room & extension
Create a "scrap-book" of images from other projects you'd like your to look like
Create a target start & completion date for project

2. Get Matched
Issue Brief to our Network
Once all the necessary brief information has been prepared we notify the relevant members of our private network of the upcoming opportunity. The project information will be issued, then followed-up with a call to make sure they've received it. A two week turnaround time is set for quotes to be issued back.
Organise Home Visits
During the turnaround time we organise interviews/home visits between you and each of the interested companies. To do this your project analyst will aim to arrange the home visits on the same day, preferably in an afternoon / morning when all the interested parties are available.
We ask the companies proposing works to send back tenders in the same format, so you can review them clearly. Your project analyst will help you understand the proposals so you can make an informed decision on who to use and why. This is usually based on a combination on how much they impressed you on the interview & home visit, the price & their portfolio/experience.
Get Matched with the Right Team
Once you have chosen the team you want to appoint, a contract will be draw-up to start the works, then you're on your way with the project.

Sometimes we find the project is just too much for a homeowner to afford, despite going to 3-5 companies for quotes.
